RadarCon09 would like to invite you to consider joining us as a Conference Exhibitor.  Our exhibition schedule parallels the three dates of our Technical Program, Tuesday through Thursday, May 5-7, 2009.

With our expanded emphasis on the radar user community, as well as the traditional radar community, we anticipate that our conference will provide an exceptional opportunity to communicate your products, capabilities and services to potential new customers and to solidify relationships with existing and older customers.  We are expecting approximately 500 attendees, including a broad range of radar specialists, government and commercial leaders, and their guests.

The Pasadena Conference Center in the popular Old Town section of Pasadena, California, offers a congenial atmosphere in which to obtain excellent exposure for your organization.

Our exhibition space will be located on the Conference Center’s lower level, with the conference’s Technical Program sessions taking place a few steps away on the opposite side of the floor during the full exhibition schedule.

All Exhibitors are invited to apply for a 10’ x 10’ booth in RadarCon09’s exhibition area, which will be located on the lower level of the Pasadena Conference Center, directly across from our Technical Program sessions. To download a copy of the exhibition space floorplan, click here.

The flat rate of $2,000 per 10' X 10' booth includes the following:

• One (1) 500-watt outlet
• One (1)  8’ high black back drape
• Two (2) 36” high black side dividers
• One (1) 6’ x 30” black draped table
• Two (2) side chairs
• One (1) wastebasket
• One (1) 7” x 44” one-line identification sign

Additional booth materials, services, and power will be available from our exhibits coordinator, The Freeman Company*, who will contact you directly once they receive RadarCon09’s confirmation of your booth reservation.

Exhibition hours will be:

Tue., May 5, 2009 – 8:00-5:00
Wed., May 6, 2009 – 8:00-5:00
Thu., May 7, 2009 – 8:00-4:00

Freeman will also be coordinating our Exhibitors’ move-in and move-out, which is scheduled as follows:

Move-in:  Mon., May 4, 2009 – 12:00-5:00
Move-out: Thu., May 7, 2009 – 4:00-9:00

NOTE:   No booth reservation can be accepted without payment. If paying by check, a 50% deposit or full payment is due with your application form; fee balances must be received (postmarked) no later than Feb. 27, 2009.  If paying by credit card, you must mail your application form to the address below and then pay in full shortly thereafter, using our online conference registration form (available 12/15/08).

Credit card or check payments received after Feb. 27 will result in a USD $100.00 late payment fee.
